Macaroni Kid GOLD Daisy Awards have begun! Daisies have played a significant role since the inception of Macaroni Kid nationally in 2008. For the over 550 local editions published across the nation, daisies symbolize achievement and the best of local family fun.
Like the children’s daisy game “She loves me, She loves me not,” this award asks parents to PICK the best of the best. Macaroni Kid's Gold Daisy Awards recognize the most beloved local businesses for kids and families.
How Do You Get Started?
From now through August 24th, simply nominate your favorite businesses! Nominate as many or as few businesses as you would like. Businesses must be located in Apopka or Maitland (send zip code to verify) only. Only one submission per email address please; you must be a subscriber to the newsletter to nominate. We will announce the winners of each category in an upcoming issue in June. The winning business in each category will receive a $100 advertising credit, recognition in our Macaroni Kid newsletter, a 2017 Macaroni Kid Gold Daisy Awards certificate to display at their place of business, and the honor of knowing that local families think they are the greatest!
