1. One-Pan Chicken Tacos
Recipe: Sauté diced chicken with taco seasoning. Serve in tortillas with shredded cheese, lettuce, and salsa. Add whatever toppings your family likes!

- 1 lb boneless chicken breast (or use a rotisserie chicken for the ultimate hack)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Tortillas/Shells
- Shredded cheese
- Lettuce

2. Baked Ziti Casserole
Recipe: Mix cooked pasta with marinara sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella. Bake 20 minutes at 375°F. Personally I try to avoid the oven in the summer, but save this one for a cooler fall day! Serve with garlic bread and veggies!

- 1 box ziti pasta
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 container ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
3. Homemade Sloppy Joes
This is my grandma's recipe and my kids love it! I serve with chips or fries, fruit and whatever vegetable is on hand.
Recipe:
Brown 2 lbs of ground beef and drain grease if needed. Add:
- Dash of onion and garlic seasoning (to taste)
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
Let simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve on buns.

Recipe: Bake frozen breaded chicken patties, top with marinara & mozzarella, serve over spaghetti.
